Every element of the Sugoi Ramen Series is handmade.

For this special ramen, we use a touch of our own magic.

A deeply layered beef-based stock,

a chef’s favorite tare sauce crafted from carefully aged blends of multiple soy sauces,

and house-made noodles, specially developed for this bowl using a unique formulation and technique — a true expression of the chef’s craft.

Finished with carefully selected beef tenderloin tataki,

this ramen is infused with the delicate aroma of truffle, creating a truly refined experience.

Limited to 10 bowls per day, available until this Sunday.
